GMod Server Addons and Maps

It looks like we're doing a GMod server, but that's a pretty broad spectrum. I'm thinking we'll probably be playing Sandbox since most game-modes require more than five people, but what addons? Give me some ideas, and provide workshop links so I don't have to go hunt them down. Suggest some large maps with plenty of things to do as well.

EDIT: I don't want every single add on you have. I also don't want excessively destructive weapons. And I don't want millions of player models either.
